COEXISTENCE AT BRITOMART

International Art Exhibition:
10 February - 5 March 2006.
Made up of forty-four huge posters, each addressing the notion of tolerance, all presenting a simple and powerful message: humans of all ages, religions and nationalities can coexist.

These posters invite conversation, provoke thought and—ideally—inspire positive communication between people of differing cultures.

The idea was born in Old City of Jerusalem, where art was sited at the link of Jewish, Christian and Muslim quarters.

Five years later, the collection has drawn on work from 22 cities across the globe, with additional artwork added at each exhibition site.
