A key feature of the new Westpac Britomart branch is a high-tech 24-hour banking lobby that allows customers to carry out transactional banking after hours.
There are cash exchange and smart deposit machines, as well as innovations such as a touch-screen ‘solution finder’, which guides users step by step through their banking service options.
It’s all part of a service offering designed to support small and medium-sized businesses in the Britomart and downtown area.
A branch for the community
As a ‘community branch’, Westpac Britomart has a strong local focus, with on-site bank staff authorised to make decisions for local customers. The branch is staffed by a small, dedicated team, with specialist bankers brought in to assist customers as required.
As well as providing a personalised service for businesses in the area, Westpac Britomart is active in the local community, supporting fundraising initiatives and assisting businesses through promotional activity.
